The miracle method for falling asleep in less than a minute :
A breathing method, called 4-7-8, allows you to fall asleep in less than a minute, if you follow it to the letter.
Learning to control your breathing to fall asleep :
First of all, to fall asleep quickly, you have to eliminate everything that can prevent sleep! Light, noises, the telephone or the tablet.
On the other hand, there is no need to lie down: you can also fall asleep sitting down, as those who often take public transport, train or plane know. Sitting down, on the other hand, you should have a straight back and your feet should be on the ground, not cross-legged.
